ILS Manager

On behalf of my clients who operate in the Australian Defence sector I am currently looking for an experienced ILS resource to join their team.

• This is a full time permament position

• You must have an NV1 Clearance

• Canberra location only

Key Skills

• At least 4-5 years' ILS experience within Defence or Defence Industry

• High quality written and communication skills 

• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build positive and productive relationships with both clients and your colleagues. 

• An ability to learn quickly and adapt to change

• Previous experience in a consulting environment (highly desirable)

• NV1 or above clearance is mandatory

Experience / knowledge required:

• Knowledge and experience in the development and conduct of an ILS acquisition program, including production of plans, Work Breakdown Structures, and schedules.

• Experience in Life Cycle Costing

• Experience in defining optimal support solutions for assets.

• Experience in establishment of sustainment support solutions, including working closely with support contractors (Core need)

• Experience in the conduct of Logistics Support Analysis

• Experience in Reliability, Availability and Maintainability (RAM) analysis and modelling.

• Experience in Spares requirements analysis.

• Experience in technical documentation development, authoring and management.

• Experience in Supply Support functions.
